WE  LOVE BOOTCAMP

Our Bootcamps are fun, unique and created to challenge every fitness level. 
We workout using our own body weight, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, tires,
skipping ropes and what’s available on-site.

While outdoors during warmer months, team members utilize the elements there,
including landscape boulders, hills, trails and the existing terrain.  We move it inside when our cold Canadian winter arrives.  Our workouts are a big hit with team members
who want an alternative to a traditional gym setting.
